Altered embroidery hoop: Mimosa

Hey there,
It's end of February and the mimosa trees are about to blossom, spring is coming.
I was inspired by a challenge in Mixmediando un poquito group and altered an embroidery hoop with mimosa and Prima marketing flowers from Zella Teal collection.

I seriously thought that those days passed - the BFFs and little hearts... but I guess not yet!
Here is a layout I made for a birthday party we had at the Studio, using the photos of my dd and her bestie. Aren't they adorable?

I used Dylusions spray Inks directly on 30x30 canvas. Well, with some stencils.

A bit closer... Die-namics dies and stamp set, Die-namics alphabet and music notes.

The drawing made by my daughter, Sizzix background die and the frame is also Sizzix.

Basik cat is just a perfect companion 😋

ATC Frida

Hey there,

Another project for a facebook group challenge : Frida Kahlo ATCs.
I have another project I am working on at the moment so it was good to be able to use scrap paper to create these little things

The requirements were to use a stencil, colourful background, flowers and the theme was Frida.
I used golden texture paste for all three of them 

translation:  "moment of happiness - 1 piece" 

I made Frida's face out of FIMO (Polymer clay), actually inspired by a quote which is "one kiss"

Copic markers for the background on this one

translation: "forever"

Yep, this is Halloween and I want to share my Halloween themed layout.
My daughter was Wednesday for a school party a couple years ago, it was a perfect costume for her (with her pale skin and serious attitude we almost didn't need anything but some accessories))
Funny enough kids didn't recognize the character!
And that was my second ever try to sew a dress (the first one was another Halloween costume), let's say... it was ok.
