“Now.” – Wednesday Addams

Yep, this is Halloween and I want to share my Halloween themed layout.
My daughter was Wednesday for a school party a couple years ago, it was a perfect costume for her (with her pale skin and serious attitude we almost didn't need anything but some accessories))
Funny enough kids didn't recognize the character!
And that was my second ever try to sew a dress (the first one was another Halloween costume), let's say... it was ok.

Hello there,
Haven't posted anything recently as I am busy preparing projects for the summer. Some of them are going to be new, some of them "recycled", but definetely all fun and beautiful.

In a meanwhile I just finished a LO that was mid-way since March. Yep, it was a long one. Every once in a while I would get it out, add something and put aside... Maybe because I wanted to make it special. It was such good day that I wanted it to be remembered.
We were in Alicante, I took a picture of my daughter drinking her milkshake which by pure coincedence was exact colour of her hair.

I don't know if I invented a bicycle or I actually found a way how to ink these tiny flowers nicely  with Distress Inks. I used my old Sizzix die for these tiny flowers and Thinlits Garden Greens by Tim Holtz.

Lately I am making not just one card, but two or three at once. Sometimes they are similar, sometimes not.

Inspired by a design paper, so beautiful and detailed, I have used some Sizzix dies (old and new: Sizzix die for these tiny flowers and Thinlits Garden Greens by Tim Holtz), almost no ink (which is unusual for me) just to keep it fresh and light

Finally it started to warm up (and stays that way which is more important) though I know that it is not quite correct to compare mediterranian "cold" with... ermm... Siberia for example)))

Anyways days are longer, sun is shinier, it smells like orange blossom and Easter holidays are round the corner.
I made a few cards with flowers and blossoms, here is one of them

Minnie Mouse Card Tutorial

Here is a quick DIY tutorial for a simple, cute and  easy-to-make birthday card or birthday party invitation. I am sure that everyone will absolutely love it!

Can you believe it's March already!?

I finally sent off the card I am sending as an "Inter" in a scrapbooking group, hope my opponent likes it.

Anyways...I decided to make a cupcake card, everyone loves cupcakes, right? I bet this one is cherry flavoured))) The pattern on the paper also looks like cherry blossom!

My Mini Fallas

Well, the Fallas 2017 are almost here and I finally finished my mini-album from the Fallas 2015))) If you are curious what it is I copied a piece of an article by Liam Lacey from his blog in the end of this post.

So it is a decorated Grungebook base by Tim Holtz.

Double gate fold card. With a gate.

Well sometimes I do take things literally, like in this weekend project. So if it is a GATE fold card there should be a gate somewhere, right?

I was going to use my new stamps... but remembered about them only when the photos were already taken. Almost no inks involved (unusual for me), cute delicate chipboard that adds some texture, embossed garden gates and handmade flowers.

... No pencils, no Copics... But you really really want to try to draw along with an artist you adore...
Well the solution is to use whatever you can find! :-P Like Distress Inks, some water and a brush.

It was so tough to feel Christmas-y with warm weather and palm trees around but we did it! We are spending our real winter holidays in Finland 😝 -20 after mild Mediterranian winters is... erm... refreshing)))
